SHIPPING

Orders for in-stock products are shipped as fast as we can get them out. This is usually 2-3 "business" days. We don't ship on Sundays. 

You will receive an email when your order is confirmed, when your label is created, when your order is out for delivery, and when your order has been delivered. You should have no reason to bug us asking where your order is.

If you're not receiving these emails, check your spam folder. If they're not there, it means you either typed your email wrong or we didn't get your order. Please double check your email before you order.

All shipping is ground standard. If you really need something fast, send us an email and we can figure something out. Please do not ask where your order is.

PRE-ORDERS

Sometimes we sell stuff as a pre-order. This means it either isn't made yet or is in the process of being made. We will always very clearly mark when something is a pre-order and when we expect it to ship. It's on you to read this before giving us your money. All orders of pre-order product are automatic consent to the estimated shipping window and cannot be cancelled or refunded unless we miss that shipping window without telling you beforehand. You should really read before separating with your money.

RETURNS

We don't do them yet. We don't make a lot of stuff, so it's not like we can just swap things out or eat the cost. Check to make sure you're ordering the right size and you really like the thing.

IF you get something that's damaged or incorrect or different from what you ordered, we will work to process a refund and make you happy.
